About Us


Mary A. Stoffel, MOT, OTR/L, has been an occupational therapist since April 2010. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Health Science from The University of Florida and a Masters Degree of Occupational Therapy from Nova Southeastern University.

Mary’s Parenting Story

Her love of learning and application of innovative treatments has led her to become well-versed in sensory processing and integration, neuroplasticity and neurodevelopmental treatment, as well as cognitive and executive functions. She is trained in sensory integrative programs such as: Sensory Learning Program, Samonas, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, with additional certifications in Interactive Metronome, IM Home, Rhythmic Movement Training (RMT), Brain Gym, Sensory Integration, and Sensory Integration and Praxis Test (SIPT) administration.

Mary and her husband Mark have three kids: their son (5) and twin girls (2). She also plays adult-league kickball, practices yoga, and is a self-professed history and science trivia nerd.

Patti Webb is a Marketing and Social Media Manager for an independent academic publisher. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Advertising from The University of Florida. For Child(ish) Advice, she serves as Graphic Designer, Social Media & Blog Manager, and contributor.

Patti is mother to 4-year-old twin girls, Aeris and Zelda. She is an occasionally-avid runner and more-than-frequent traveler. Virgo, former rowing coxswain, evil book critic.
